Comprehensive evaluation: It is difficult to prioritize because there are monsters that can be treated as WATER stars 5 that can be Special Summon.
From the point of view of WATER's 5 stars, it seems that it can be used to deal with restrictions such as "Number 73: Abyss Splash", but it can be dealt with with "Lantern Shark" and "Buzzsaw Shark".
There are other cards such as Crystal Shark that can be revived, and there are few situations where this card, which requires summoning rights, can be prioritized.

It's a card from a time when Cyber Dragon was strong enough to be regulated, so it's a disappointing performance for a semi-advanced attacker.
If you use Instant Fusion, he'll get WATER level 5, and he's tied to WATER, so he'll make an Xyz Monster.

I tried against Cyber Dragon!
A child who doesn't make much sense if you use Atlantis. However, when combined with 《Instant Fusion》, Rank 5 is easy to set up, so I guess this is the rating.

With "Atlantis" you can get out without a release anyway, so advanced with this middling stat is not particularly appealing. It would have been different if it was a Special Summon, but it's really tough when it comes to summoning.

There was a time when I thought that WATER level 5 would lose its meaning if Atlantis was present...
As a material for Abyss Splash and Crystal Zero, it works well in combination with 《Instant Fusion》.
However, in the end, I'm using summoning rights... I think it's easier to use than the combination of Panther Shark and Eagle Shark.
